Let me start from clarification. Some people think that the name “Permanent” makeup means Forever. No it is not. Permanent means that you can’t wash it off your face. It stays for a while. 

Powder brows normally last up to 1,5-2 years. Depending on many factors - age, skin conditions, skin types, lifestyle, sun exposure and  etc.

Eyeliner last up to 3-5 years. Also depending on many factors 

Lip blush last about 1,5-2 years 

If you want your permanent makeup last longer it’s possible to achieve with regular annual re-touches.

Minimum to zero discomfort. 
I use primary and secondary numbing during procedures. Of course it depends on clients tolerance in general. But most of my clients feel pretty comfortable. Some ladies fall asleep! So I have to wake them up.

 What is microblading? It’s a technique done with the blade when the artist creates a cut (imitating the hair strokes) and then apply pigment inside the cut. If done properly the results look very nice, crisp hair strokes, creating the imitation of natural hair.

It’s sounds great but.. what clients are not aware of is that there are a lot of contradictions for this technique and also how many things can go wrong. Let me walk you through:

You have to remember, this technique is basically a cut. It’s a trauma. Like all other techniques it needs a touch up and annual re-touches. Now imagine if you cut your skin 1-2-3 times in the same spot what is going to happen? Right! A scar. The more re touches you do the more scar tissue you create. 
If the cut is done on improper depth - the pigment is going to blur with time. It’s just really hard to control the depth with a blade. And believe me when I say - in majority of the cases of my potential clients brows look really patchy and turned bluish, reddish or black. 

This technique came to us from Asia and the truth is that their skin is 2-3 times thicker than the skin of European or American people. In a 100% of people who got microblading done 90% weren’t good candidates for this technique. Sadly. 

What is the powder brows technique? 
It’s a technique done with machine and tiny needle that leaves little dots with pigment. It doesn’t go too deep and when healed creates a little shadow look (like you put a brow powder on your brows). 
It’s less trauma. And the most important thing in my opinion - more predictable results with time. 

Thanks to the effect, the technique is visually suitable for everyone. It does not matter the age and type of skin. Even for women aged 45+ with oily skin type this technique will be great.
